I visited Tesco in Grays on Thursday 2nd June 2022.
I wanted to find some clothes for our holiday. The sizes I needed were not available on the store floor so I asked a store member Tia from clothing to help. She was very friendly and went above and beyond several times to look for sizes that I needed by going to look through their additional stock. So nice to meet such a friendly willing individual that was willing to help me. I very much appreciated her efforts. She is a credit to your store and I will tell my friends and family when visiting to look out the lovely Tia if they need a friendly face and some help.

Went to shop in bicester village while on holiday in Oxford. We found the tesco round the corner of the shopping center, and very much satisfied with the customer service a the range of the products in the store. Absolutely ?.
Once again at Folkestone cheriton they have few real staff checkouts but have half the self service tills closed – I don’t think they want you to check out!!!’

My wife and I shop at the Woodford Green Branch. Recently My Wife died. While she was ill Ivisited the pharmacy many times. Al staff without exception were kind helpful polite and extremely professional and were prepared to advise. I am most impressed.Not alone did they prepare the relevant prescription but they enquired about her health.
